1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the First Ticket Store website (www.fts.travel) and our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users who access or use our services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and visa assistance.
2. Our Services
First Ticket Store (FTS) is a licensed travel agency based in Amman, Jordan, providing the following services:
• International and domestic airline ticket bookings
• Hotel and accommodation reservations in Jordan and the region
• Jordan tour packages (Petra, Wadi Rum, Dead Sea, Aqaba, and more)
• Visa assistance and Jordan Pass guidance
• Custom travel itinerary planning
We act as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). Final booking terms are subject to the individual supplier's conditions.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a confirmed deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
3.2 Prices quoted are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before confirmation.
3.3 All payments are processed securely. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.
3.4 Booking confirmations and receipts will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or tour operator involved in your booking. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
4.2 As a general guideline, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a refund or credit, minus any applicable airline or supplier fees.
4.3 No-shows and last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are typically non-refundable. This is subject to the individual supplier's policy.
4.4 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4.5 FTS service fees are non-refundable once a booking has been processed.
5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documents
5.1 It is the client's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (typically with at least 6 months validity beyond the travel date) and all required visas and travel documents.
5.2 While we provide visa assistance, we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority.
5.3 We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance before travelling.
5.4 Entry requirements can change without notice. Clients are responsible for verifying current requirements with relevant embassies or government authorities.
6. Amendments
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees charged by airlines, hotels, or tour operators. FTS will charge an administrative fee for processing amendments as communicated at the time of the request.
7. Liability
7.1 FTS acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers.
7.2 We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or changes in airline schedules.
7.3 Our liability for any confirmed booking shall not exceed the total price paid for that booking.
7.4 We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the First Ticket Store website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of FTS or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
